Inexpensive, good service, great food! As avid travelers we rely on Yelp! To determine our meals. The pizza was not greasy and they kept the buffet stocked with many different types. They had an elaborate salad bar, chicken fingers with hot veggies, a taco bar, and a variety of pasta and sauces. Oh yeah there were two soups and many desserts including a soft serve ice cream machine. We left stuffed and for two people with tip was under $20. The wait staff was friendly and prompt too! We will definitely stop there again when we pass through again.

Food was good and server was good, but my son ran into one of the waiters on his way out of the bathroom. we apologized bit the young waiter swore at our son. Very bad end to a good meal. I will not be back. If management can't keep their employees in check. It's a sad day

The entrees taste like Stouffers. The pizza mediocre, at best. Salad bar passes. Probably wouldn't go back.

We were hungry and looking for a place to eat. We passed an empty Pizza Hut parking lot to find a full parking lot at Valentino's. We figured if there's that many people who preferred Valentino's over Pizza Hut, there must be a reason. When we got there we found that all the traffic was due to a large party. We were seated and our server took our drink order and commented about bring our plates. Wait, what?!! There was no mention from the server that dinner service is by buffet only. After we figured that out and received our plates we headed to the buffet bar. Most items in the buffet bar were empty/needing service. The chicken tenders were so tough they could be used as weapons. Truly. The pizza was underdone with the crust still slightly gooey. We've been to Valentino's in Lincoln and Omaha and expected much better quality of their food from our experience. When we arrived and were seated, there were 6 tables that needed to be cleaned. When we left THOSE SAME TABLES WERE STILL DIRTY! Honestly?!! We saw a total of 3 employees our whole time there. Everything we witnessed was evidence of poor management. Very sad. So much potential.

My boyfriend and I didn't even get a chance to eat the food because we got so frustrated with the customer service that we left. When we first approached the restaurant, the line was out the door. I was confused why the line was so long because I could see clean, empty tables in the dining room. As we moved forward in the line, I saw that it was extra crowded inside because there was a group of people waiting by the cash register to pay for their meals, but there wasn't anybody at the register to take their money. We finally got to the front and the hostess asked us if we would like a table or a booth. My boyfriend said "We would like a booth if you have one open." and she said "Sure. We just have to clean one off for you." And then she turned around and started cleaning TABLES. Even though there were already clean tables in the dining room. There were several empty booths that just needed to be cleared and wiped down, but nobody would clean them even though that's what we were waiting on. We finally just seated ourselves at a table, but when we went to look at the food on the buffet we both decided that the food was not worth the wait. We walked out and left. We will never go back. I've been to a Valentino's in Lincoln, NE and really liked it, but this one is just horrible. There was no sense of urgency in any of the employees even though there were hoards of people waiting to be seated and waiting to pay. It's like they were completely oblivious.

I wasn't to impressed with this one. I got spoiled at the one in Omaha. This one does not offer as much as others I've been to. The food here was A-OK. I like the salad bar a lot. Fresh fruit is always a plus. Not a place I would recommend but will be OK to go to. I recommend the tacos and the salad bar. There is a section of the place for those who want to have a beer with their meal.

This was a Most delightful & delicious find - a Grand Italian BUFFET- with a Great Salad Bar w/ lots of good breads! It had Wisconsin cheese soup, yummy pizzas (even s'mores pizza for dessert) lasagna, Alfredo pasta w/ broccoli, and fruit cobblers & ice cream! It was ALL GOOD and cost less than $13 for TWO of us! ENJOY!
